A bug fix to properly store long exercise files in the database.

Users of 1.0 should update the database according to the UPGRADE.txt in the doc directory.

Version 1.01
- Changed the type of 'content' field in 'xhp_quiz' table to LONGTEXT
- Added an update script to change the database settings.
